Roasted Maple Pecans

I’m a real sucker for good snacks that can double as salad toppings.  These fit the bill they are slightly sweet and a little salty.  I used local nuts that are native to Texas they are smaller than the pecans you will find at the store but are packed with the most healthy fats of any pecan.  Another added bonus is the buttery taste and texture.  And another bonus they taste great. If you would like to try these great pecans head over to you’ll be glad you did.  If you just can’t wait then pick up a batch of pecan and make them with what you have.
